 Always motivate yourself

Once upon a time In a Certain Company, a young employee went to the HR head and said, "I Can't work here any longer. I  give up, I want to quit this job". 

Why? The HR head asked. Please tell me what happened?"  "The Whole atmosphere is so toxic to my mind," Replied the young man.

There are people here who are into a lot of politics,then there are those who talk negative all the time.

Some spend most of there time gossiping than working. I don't think I can handle this any longer.

Ok. The HR head said",  But I have a request to make before you leave.  The man Asked, "please tell me what can I do for you, sir?

   The HR head said, "Want you to do this One last thing, Sincerely. I want you to take a glass of water, filled to the brim and walk around to the office area three times without spilling a single drop of water on the floor. After that you may leave the job if you wish,"  

   The man thought it was just a matter of few minutes anyways. He took a glass full of water and walked three times around the office floor.

 

He then came to the HR head to tell him that he was done. The HR head Asked, "When you walking around the office floor did you see any employee Speaking badly about another employee? Any gossips? Any disturbances?"

   The man replied, "No" The HR head further asked, Did you see any employee looking at another employee in a wrong way?" "No, Replied the young man.

   And you know why?" Asked the HR Head, because you were focused on the glass of water to make sure you didn't tip over and spill any water". And the same goes with our life.

  (When we Focus on our priorities We don't have the time to See All the drama Around Us, the mistakes of others, gossip, politics, Negativity etc . The fact is anywhere we go, We are going to find Negative or toxic people). 

Change of job, Change of Situations

   Doesn't necessarily ensure freedom from such people. We should Certainly do what we can. To positively change things around us. But when we know that we have done our best. And things still remain more or less the same, We should shift our focus to the glass of water,Our priorities, Our growth, Our excellence. And then We Won't be as much affected by the Negativity around us. And if it is absolutely beyond  Our capacity to handle, We may actually need a change knowing well that the new job or the New situation will bring, Fresh complexities along with them as well.

  

* Summary In Hindi= एक समय कि बात है, एक एम्पलाई अपने एचआर हेड के पास जाता है वह बहुत तकलीफ में होता है, और अपने एचआर से कहता है कि वहां जॉब नहीं करना चाहता है वाह बहुत तंग आ गया है इस जॉब से, तो उसकी बात सुनकर एचआर उससे पूछते हैं क्यों भाई क्या हुआ तुम्हें? क्या परेशानी है तुम्हें? एंप्लॉय जवाब देता है एचआर को, मैं देखता हूं बहुत एंप्लॉय काम को लेकर सीरियस नहीं है कुछ गॉसिप करते रहते हैं और कुछ मेरे पीठ पीछे नेगेटिव बातें करते रहते हैं , इसीलिए मैं यह जॉब छोड़ना चाहता हूं, मैं हार मानता हूं|एंप्लॉय कि बात सुनते ही एचआर के हेड कहते हैं कि ठीक है अगर तुम्हें जाना है तो तुम जा सकते हो पर उसके पहले मेरा एक छोटा सा काम कर दो, एक गिलास लो पूरा पानी भरा हुआ और ऑफिस फ्लोर के तीन राउंड लगाओ ध्यान देना की एक भी बूंद नीचे ना गिरे, एचआर का आदेश सुनते ही एंप्लॉय वह काम पर लग गया उसने पानी का ग्लास लिया भरा हुआ और ऑफिस के फ्लोर के तीन राउंड लगाए|तीन राउंड लगाते ही एच आर के पास गया और बोला कि मैंने पानी भरा हुआ गिलास 3 राउंड लगा दिए फ्लोर के बिना एक भी बूंद गिराए हुए|तो एंप्लॉय की बात सुनकर एचआर ने कहा कि जब तुम तीन राउंड लगा रहे थे तब तुमने किसी भी एम्पलाई को फालतू की बातें करते हुए सुना या देखा? तो वह एंप्लॉय कहता है नहीं|फिर एचआर ने कहा कि जब तुम कोई भी काम बिल्कुल फोकस होकर करते हो तो तुम्हारे आसपास क्या चल रहा है और तुम्हें भी नहीं पता चलेगा इसीलिए हमेशा अपने काम पर फोकस करो दूसरे क्या कर रहे हैं इस पर ध्यान मत दो|तुम्हारे भीड़ से अलग चलना है| 

इतना ही कहते ही उस एंप्लॉय की आंखें खुल गई और वह समझ गया कि एचआर उससे क्या कहना चाह रहे हैं वह वापस गया अपने ऑफिस और पूरी लगन से काम करने लगा|
