Good looking guys are always well groomed. They never ever let themselves go to a point where their beards are all crazy and wild and hairs all over the place that just doesn't happen. 

4. Being well Spoken : This is another Important things that attractive guys do they are all well spoken it's something that is not only gonna make you more attractive but it's also gonna help in your day to day life.

Wheather you're talking to a total stranger somebody that you just met or to a friend on the phone a guy that you talk to all the time or a girl that you talk to all the time being able to express your thoughts and your ideas that's attractive.  You've to need to improve your conversation skills, also you've to be more confident.

This one is common sense, but I wanted to get it on the list anyway because there are a couple things that you have to keep in mind you that are besides common sense first let's get the basis out of the way. 

I'm talking about daily showers and deodorants done those are the basics to go above and beyond year, you're gonna need some cologne but where I see this going wrong where I smell this going wrong a lot of times.  Two things number one we are the right cologne for that specific occasion alright. If you're going to meet your girlfriend's parents for dinner, do not wear kind of strong cologne, that's just awkward man. 
Wear something lighter more professional less aggressive.

And Number Two, Take it easy on the sprays you know sitting there next to someone who ever sprays is no fun, go for like four maybe five sprays is depending on the fragrance. 
I don't want to be sitting next to you and like crying and sneezing because of the cloud of cologne that is around you.

6. Sleep Schedule :
the most overlooked tips are being good looking is following the right 
Sleep schedule.
Making sure that you get enough sleep is a key part to looking good every single day nobody looks good with only a few hours of sleep. 
You're face is gonna have that smush look, your eyes are gonna be you know drowsy and red you're gonna have those bags under your eyes and the hard truth about this is that no matter what you do you can't really get rid of that morning face you can drink you know a ton of coffee you can take  two showers it doesn't really matter you're still gonna just look like you just woke up. 

So get enough hours of sleep every night so that you're ready to go in the morning and then you look and feel your best.

7. Being well Organized :
Organizing your life and keeping things tidy and ready when you need them is a super attractive habit whether that's your house, your car, your work area or Even your schedule for the next day.

When everything around you is organized it's one less thing to be stressed about.

6 best Exercise for V-shape abs


1.  Leg Raises : Get started from here with the first exercise to really bring out that V shape or Adonis belt.

First you've to do at least 20-30 leg raises to work your lower abs and define all those little muscles Down there the movement just need to keep your hands behind your head to your sides or on your stomach, then straighten your legs and
Lift them up at the same time do not let your feet touch the ground on the way down by doing that you're using way more of the lower abs to stop gravity from pulling your legs down instead of just using the ground itself.

 to stop that movement these little details make a huge difference in the long run if you're really serious about seeing results, 20-30 of these will get your abs nice and warmed up.

2. Side planks (30 seconds - 1 min) : These work out your obliques and you're great for strengthening your core. the secret here is to be as straight as possible to make sure that you don't let your hips drop anywhere close to the ground all right.

Hold this for 30 seconds if you're beginner or you can do up to a minute if you're more advanced. Then you switch sides so you can do the same exact thing on the other side and since this is a controlled hold you've to tighten your core and keep it tight through the whole full minute.

If you want even more of a challenge you can actually hold your arm up and hold a dumbbell or some type of weight to just add that extra pressure to your core.
Alright guys so you want your V-line ,V-shape to be super prominent and you're ready to make a change to your body. The thing is you can't do that just by exercising you need to have the proper dietas well.

3. Russian twist : Do the Russian twist combined with scissor kicks and really guys this is not the easiest exercise to do but once you get the hang of it then you're gonna love it.
You can feel the burn right away and by keeping your feet off the ground you're really gonna hurt just make sure that you're using the right technique don't try to rush it don't try to get the end all right.

Focus on every single movement and feel your muscles contracting tensing up with every rep, do 20 russian twists and get ready for what's next.

4. Alternating In and Out : Alternating narrow and wide In and outs, you don't let your feets touch the ground punch in while alternating your legs positioning from wide that's narrow.
This is a great exercise for your lower abs and it will definitely help you get that V-line to show. try your best to do 20 of these.

5. Raised Crunches : These kind of exercise is really important also strengthen your core. bring your legs up to a tabletop position and then you're gonna crunch up contracting your abs.

By putting your legs up you're actually changing the pressure points from your upper abs to your lower abs and that's what you've to do that. Also try not to look in front of you with your neck moving forward when you're crunching because that could actually hurt your neck, instead it looks straight up and that's why you're not gonna put so much pressure on your neck, do 20 of these as well.

6. Mountain Climbers : In the end to burn some calories and really get that V-line to show more and more this is one of my suggested exercise to do that.

This exercise are great to get your heart pumping and your blood flowing so get into a high plank position and bring your knees into your chest alternating from left to right.

Do whatever feels right you know some people kick diagonally as well to contract different muscles in your core but it's completely up to you and what you think works best for your body.
Do 30-40 these and trust me you're gonna get a sweat in and you're gonna finish your circuit right then but you've to take a break for 1 minute and start this whole circuit again from top. You'll definitely see the V-Line appear properly.

Also eat balanced and healthy diet,  add proper amount of protein meal.

1. Avoid touching your face: Stop touching your face especially nowadays with everything that's going on with this virus outbreak we need to be careful. At school/college your hands are gonna be all over the desks and the books and other places all of that bacteria will stick to your finger tips, So when you touch your face it gets transferred right into your skin. Into your eyes,nose, mouth.  So please be careful, don't touch your face too many times, also wash your hands make sure that your hands are squeaky clean.

2. Observe your Skin type: Everyone's skin is different so it's very important that you find out what type of skin that you have.
There are five main skin tone.
                         1. Normal
                         2. Oily
                         3. Dry
                         4. Combination
                         5. Sensitive.
Understand your skin type that's going to give you a much better idea of how to treat acne breakouts to get smooth clear skin.

In Normal skin, you're usually fine you know but sometimes they make it oily or dry it's typically though the easiest skin to take care.

With dry skin, you have to stay away from products that are too harsh and that are going to dry out your skin even more and don't take long showers because that dries your skin even more.

With oily skin, you want to exfoliate twice a week because that build-up of oil can cause dead skin cells to become trapped in the pores and that leads to pimples. But you've to be careful just because you have oily skin it doesn't mean that you should be using like a very harsh products or chemicals to dry everything out start with something more gentle, see how that affects your skin and then move on to different products if it doesn't get any better.

Now Combination skin, you've to use these techniques different parts of your face. Some guys skin have an oily forehead and oily nose, but dry side like jaw. In this condition you've to exfoliate your nose and forehead.  And stay away the oily products in those areas. You've to be really careful with your face.

 Guys with Sensitive skin, you just really have to be careful when gentle with what you apply or put on your face.  When you go easy do not exfoliate with anything that's going to hurt your face read all the ingredients labels you know always make sure to test the products in a small area before using it all over the face. If you have sensitive skin because otherwise you're gonna go full red, gonna hurt your face and that's not gonna look good.

3. Wash your face twice a day : guys you've to wash your face twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening to get rid of all the dirt all that gunk from your handsome face.
After wash your face,  you've to moisturize regardless of your skin type, even if it's oily you should moisturize it that's gonna help your body regulate the amount of oils being produced on your face.
 so, moisturize after each time that you wash your face.

4. Exfoliate your face : Exfoliate your face twice a week. If you have extra oily skin you can even do it three times a week as long as it's a light exfoliant, exfoliant should feel a little bit sandy in your hands they feel kind of weird they feel gritty, you know they lightly scrub away all of those impurities that clog your pores that cause acne.

5. Use sunscreen : You've to use sunscreen guys, this is gonna save your skin for years to come. It's never too early to start applying sunscreen on a daily basis.

6. Hydrate yourself : Something that you can't forget,Drink water.
Drink lots of water besides hydrating us.
Water gonna flush out all the toxins and all the impurities from our bodies.
You guys are teens you guys are you know busy with school/college, busy with sports, friends etc and sometimes you forget to drink water So, get a nice water bottle you can take to school or wherever you're going every single day.
