In Today's blog I'm gonna talking about the best quality of sleep rule. Life's number one rule is to give best in everything that you do.
Never ever underestimate the power of good night's rest. good sleep is the best resting meditation.


Rules for the best sleep 

1. Complete exercise:
exercise pulls your inhaled oxygen towards your lungs and your muscles.

2.finish food:
finish your food before 2hours of sleep, food pulls your inhaled oxygen towards your digestive system. The outcome of yours and deeper breath satisfy your muscles and the system involved. 
Quality sleep is all about the brain oxygenation not body oxygenation. When all the oxygen that you're pulling in works towards refueling into your brain and not your body.

3. Body temperature: whenever you fall to sleep, your body's temperature is a degree or two lower than normal. When your body is colder that it usually is. 
When if you heatup your body near bedtime,it's going to affect your sleep badly that's why you should avoid the exercise and avoid hot showers. If you want to go for shower is keeping them lukewarm just slightly hotter than your room temperature,not more than that.
Good enough for you to feel clean as well as sleepy.

4. Lights:
Best sleep of your life
an hour before you want to sleep, please Put your phone away from you. Because whenever you're in touch with your phone,then your mind will be distracted from sleep. There's nothing that can ruin your sleep as much as your phone and other bright screens. So all your bright lights off set your wakeup reminder, that's your alarm and keep away your phone.

5. Read something before you sleep:
Reading books
It's the best way to give your mind connection with learning and it'll help you in the sleep. 
If you choose to read something positive or benefits your mind in some way, even better.
So at that time keep away your mobile phones, TV, and PlayStation games only just focus on your reading. It doesn't matter that you're a big reader, that's alright. 

Also you've an option, to listen the podcast. if you aren't up for self-improvement, just listen to some music. But keep it simple, keep it soft and slow.

After all you've tucked to your bed, this is the moment of truth that all the activities lead up to this moment.
Take deep breath and think what you've done all the previous day, take all the positive vibes and thinking up in free minded without giving any kind of stress and just relax,keep calm and focusing on your sleep.
